We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition an exchange for equal price will be issued. Shipping costs for the return will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the exchange.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@cultureethnicshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will gladly replace the item for another equally priced item or offer a store credit for the amount paid.
